what do you think about people saying that elena chose damon because she thinks she doesn’t deserve stefan now because she’s become a monster and because of all the awful things she did to him? so she picked to go to damon because she thinks he’s all she deserves - to be with somebody as awful as she is.

When I thought about Alaric returning I always believed he would give encouragement and support Damon.But what I never expected him to be was a FANGIRL! I mean he basically put us to shame.He definitely takes the award for the “Best Fangirl in the History of Fangirls” :)

and she says it with such anger.
You can tell that it is something she has been thinking about for awhile, she doesn’t take time to say it; she spits it out because it’s something that’s always on her mind. The amazing part is that no one needed to tell her that, no one made her see that Damon did that to her (rose’s speech was for Jeremy and Jeremy only).
The way that Damon has been getting inside her head is so strong and inconvenient and it makes her so, so angry. That’s how you can also tell that Damon literally made her question EVERYTHING about her life. The way she loves, what’s right and what’s wrong, if what she thinks is wrong truly is wrong when you need to protect someone you love; ever since she met him he pisses her off, he just won’t let her settle down, take 1x03 for example. He forces her to admit that there are some things in her life that just don’t matter anymore, at the same time, he reminds her that she is not Katherine when he tries to seduce her (let’s remember here that when she questions everything it doesn’t mean she’ll change her mind, it means she’ll either realize she’s wrong or believe in something even more than she did before- in that case, she’s the one who will make him change his mind).
And that’s what I always wanted from them, ever since 1x01 I wanted delena to be endgame because I find it beautiful when two people change each other like that so watching Elena finally saying that made me so happy.
